| As part of the redevelopment of the iconic power
station in London, we designed a 28,000m² restaurant for
Hakkasan, challenging existing concepts dining and recreation. |
| |
| The proposal consists of a series of informal
dining and bar areas that are overlooked by 50 private dining
rooms and boudoirs suspended from the walls above. The space
forms a spectacular canyon which is crossed with bridges and
naturally lit from above. |
