The challenge was to design something invisible, something able to emphasise the qualities of the liquids rather then the object itself. The basic material is ‘Pyrex’ heat resistant clear glass. This is a heat resistant glass that for the first time has been worked and developed in a unique way, more similar to artistic Venetian glass. Small soft plastic patches provide a heat break for safety and a gentle touch sensation.
