| Shaped like an over-sized champagne glass, this
table-side holder for three champagne bottles was designed for
the Caprice Restaurant in London. The section is determined
by the optimum angle of the bottles lying in ice. This sensuous
form is repeated in the cast aluminium stand, which tapers to
a minimal 3 directional base. The overall size of the bucket
and stand is minimised in order not to obstruct circulation
space between tables. The fluting of the stand is reminiscent
of a fluted champagne glass. |
